    Awful. The app is broken and doesn’t recognise when you’re in the park or if the park is even open at midday on a Friday! Can’t use the virtual queue tickets or purchase fast track. App is essentially useless!

    Pros: Great park information and updates. Ride wait times are fairly accurate. Cons: App stops working / crashes once covid information is entered. Preferences section took over 4hrs to load, and contact tracing information never seems to be saved.

It was telling me that I had used some of my virtual queue quota when I had only just entered the park.

About the app it only let’s you book 1 fast pass spot at a time and won’t let you book a second without the first expiring or being used. I compare this to the disney app which let’s you book multiple fast pass rides during different times of the day. For what’s it’s worth I will be spending my money elsewhere this year.

To top it off, when it finally worked today, the ride wait times screen showed wait times for rides that were closed! And a closed indicator for some rides that were open! Very very annoying when I need it for park maps, shows, tickets etc. I have uninstall and reinstall still doesn’t work. Would think a big company with multiple Theme parks would have a reliable app. Especially seeing as its now where all the information for parks now is only available!!! 👎👎 fix the issue already!!

    The app works as designed , however, is a major continuous drain on phone battery even when switched off and not in use and with location data off. I cannot stop it. Must be pinging non-stop to my phone.

    Virtual queues are useless and always found full. I spent $500+ on to tickets on my recent visit and hardly could sit in 2-3 rides due to 1-2 hours wait in most .. never again for me to these theme parks

    App is useless. It shows wait times for a ride which was decommissioned over a year ago – Arkham Asylem. 75 min wait for the ride apparently. And it knows where I am and even shows directions to get there! Therefore I can’t trust anything in this app!

    The app is fine except for the requirement to have a data connection in the park. SeaWorld Australia has awful mobile recepttion and it was positively useless when connected to the Telstra network. Luckily staff were helpful but we were unable to use the fastrsck feature and book our spot in line for the rides.

    Don’t know why this app needs permission to get my location in the background to work (it won’t let me join virtual queues if I deny this).. I literally got an alert last night at 11:29 that the app got my location in the background! And on the note of virtual queue, it seems useless as literally ALL virtual queues are “full” most of the time! Also would be good if it showed you the ride status without being in the park, as it would be good to know closed rides (the website is often not correct)
