Update to my former review: After writing the review below Staff Traveler responded immediately and indicated that the pricing increase was actually a mistake. They corrected the mistake and I have to give them 5 stars for their great product, pricing, and customer service!!! Way to go guys! I do rely on your app all the time!!! Old review: Really liked staff traveler when you could purchase 100 credits for $35.99. But today I went to purchase my usual 100 credits and they raised the price to $46.99!!! While it’s a decent product, a 30% price increase almost overnight seems totally unmerited and is unreasonable; frankly, I’m disappointed in them for their poor business decision to overprice their product.

efficient way to know load of other airlines for our personal travel. registration requires verification of employment, which may delay the process but protects us from getting unwanted people in the system. once registered, app is clean, fast and people are quick to help each other. typically takes 1 minute to get load on any flight. great app. highly recommended to any airline employee traveling for leisure.

Love this app! Loads are always posted quickly and it really helps you plan your travels by showing you what airlines and the flight schedules that go to your destination. Loads for US carriers are always posted quickly and accurately, however you may not be as fortunate with some international carriers.

Unable to confirm email. Once I click on “confirm email” it brings me back to the page where I have to confirm email again…. and again… and again. I’m back after more then a few months of using the app. Tech support was really helpful with resolving problem with confirming email. I have been using frequently and it gets the job done. I find it VERY VERY useful and reliable. Highly recommended!

This is a great app for non rev travel, especially with my commute. There are 3-4 airlines available at similar times so picking the flight with the best opportunity to get on is crucial. This app helps with that.

The app generally works well and does what is intended to do. it would be cool if you could offer the option of those responding to provide a breakdown of non-revs. Even if it’s just as simple as two categories. One could be employees/family/guest passes of that airline and one could be OAL/other. This would help non-revs get a better idea of where they stand.

I love the information the app provides. Only 3 stars because the drop down box with scroll is annoying. I should just be able to type in the numbers when responding. Also, when you snag a flight to look up, don’t accidentally click back, or, poof! Gone! I thought the whole point of giving me 5 minutes is to give me 5 minutes! Nope. Close the app and you lost your chance. Settings could use better options for notification. It’s either on or off. So if my sound is on, the app alerts non s

This app is great but I’m having trouble sharing loads because when I put a number in and hit enter another key pad could come up with the next Class of cabin. But the other class I put available for did not disappear. When 3 key pads come up. I can’t see the screen anymore and I can’t proceed to finish. Android Samsung 10+

Edited: I love this app as I fly standby a lot and its nice just to head for a flight that I know I’ll get on instead of hanging around the airport trying to get on something. I’ve even managed to extend holidays a few times, as I know when there are enough seats instead of having to go home early to make sure I’m back in time for work. Everyone who flies standby should use this app. The peace of mind knowing which days or routes are best to try and fly, makes travelling a lot less stressful

This app has helped me so much travelling on passes, to the point where I am almost reliant on it. It opens doors to backup plans if you get creative with your routing. Be ready to sit there with the app open when you need credits though, the requests get filled quickly! (Which is good for everyone)

App does exactly what it says on the box. Never waited longer than 5 mins for a load, at least on larger airlines. Game changer for standby travel. Update: Still the best option for non-revs. New interface is a great improvement over the scroll wheels.

Crashed every time I entered city pairs for flight loads and tried to enter a date. Dev responded to tell me this is a known error on some Galaxy phones and that they are working to resolve it. Meanwhile, the app started working and omg what a Godsend when it works on my phone! Without the initial frustration, I would have totally given it a 5 star review. If you use a Samsung Galaxy, be advised you may see this issue.

Only problem I’ve been having is the time it takes to load flights even when inputting exact flight info. For example, if I were to enter AA3290 and select the dates it would take a few mins to actually pull up that flight. There’s always the message ” this is taking longer than expected” but other than that it’s an excellent app.

When I select date and hit check loads within the app, the App is hanging up. It says Finding you the best routes OR this is taking longer than usual. But just spins on the page and does not advance.. With various city pairs and various dates. Galaxy Note 10+. App updated. Online browser load check is working fine. Also the app is flagging Internet unavailable even though other apps are online just fine and I have strong 4G service. Hope the info helps.

It’s great to see the loads when commuting, if the requests get answered in time. It’s really no different than asking a friend because they aren’t always available but this way you aren’t bothering your friends! I do like the ability to help others as well. Great app!

I love this App, so easy and convenient to use, I was having problems topping up my credits, but they sent me the link which worked and then resolved my issue. They contacted me a few times to see if it was working, their customer service and efficiency in dealing with my issue were excellent. Thank you to Laurens and Guillermo

This app is simply the best around and the customer service is on point and quick to respond! I actually cannot believe it is free. This app should be for a price! Thank you StaffTraveler!! It needs to be a little faster, because it seems now that many people are recognizing this app’s functionality and what it brings to the table, it is getting slower. I have no doubt developers are working on it.

Great app. It does help a lot. Instead of waiting and being anxious until the last minute of boarding you can plan a bit ahead and see what are the chances of getting aboard.

Staff Traveler is a must have for anyone flying (non rev or staff travel). Every time I fly even if my trip looks good I use the app to look for plan B, C, D.

The app is great but I had issues requesting the flight information with Turkish, Iberia and Air Europa they never provided any response until 1h before departure but I lost my points! You should change that making charge of poins when information is provided back. All other great!

Great concept, but does not work so well when trying to obtain a load from a small or foreign airline, such as Turkish, Air France, Asian airlines, etc. Even big airlines can take a very long time to reply. Sometimes, you will wait weeks before you get a load result. The App should be able to trigger an email alert to anyone who would volunteer to answer these alerts. So unless you strictly use this App to get loads on UA, this App is useless.

Love it so far, loads are accurate.Eish there was a way to check on the best flight to try,like put a weeks dates then airline enployee will tell you “try this and this date looks better that other day”…just a suggestion but over rall its a 5 star from me.

The people (I think multiple people) running this are amazing. They are very receptive to feedback and make timely updates. I cannot recommend this app enough for all airline employees. It’s a must-have for leisure travel!

Amazing app. I used this app around the world. Only one time out of more than 100 request did someone give me bad load information. 99% of the time it is right on. I highly recommend this app to all staff travelers. It will save a lot grief.
