Left me waiting for two hours after first telling me there would be a taxi on the way and then when i rang they had told me the taxi had already been there , which it wasnt and then i orderd another and waited again. finally i rang again and all i got back was no driver would come, instead of ringing me to tell me that.

Nothing wrong with the app, but tell the drivers they HAVE to stop the metre when they stop at the destination not after I get out of the car and once when I made a guy do it he was not happy at all and then went on to tell me how he could have charged me more because the metre went up 60c! Eh excuse me no he couldn’t have because I would have been out of the taxi if not for the fact I didn’t want to get ripped off and made him put the payment through there and then! And why does the same journey continuously cost me a different price everytime? I recommend the app but if you want decent drivers that won’t rip you off I’d recommend mytaxi first

The new update is slow. Can’t track the vehicle well. And just another suggestion, put an option button where we can block drivers we don’t want in the future. I have lost count of Rapid Cab drivers i have laid complaints on🤷

Great app, been using it for years. But since the last update I’m getting really bad things. I can order a ride to one destination, and when I want to order it again, app gets me a message that I’m unable to make an order. Happened couple of times where I was stuck and without option to get back, which is making me think of this application very unreliable and have to think on other options. And I would really like you guys to fix that problem.
