It won’t tell me departures from the bus stop nearest to me and keeps trying to send me to another bus stop which is further away. Otherwise it’s a good app for keeping up to date with the travel.

Thanks to Essex County Council, The People of The Dengie have to pay through the nose because we AREN’T included and never are, in ANY SPECIAL offers for ANYTHING in the Maldon district but of course, they still love our money for all the services everyone else gets cheaper! 👎👎👎 I’d give ‘no stars’ if I could!

When they decide not to put a bus on you are expecting you can at least have some warning. Even if its only via the track bus option.

The app is excellent. Paying for tickets is easy, the Explore function which lets you see where buses are is brilliant and the timetables are easy to access. The Service updates is good and has become part of my daily routine, given how painfully unreliable Hedingham’s bus service has become. Even on a good day they’re late or cancelled. I watch them on the Explore part of the app just sitting at the bus station when they should have left ages ago. I just wish the service was as good as the app
