Just used it for the 1st time. Was really handy for a short trip. I’ll be using this frequently. 1 issue. The pickup/dropoff is confusing. I thought it was telling me to walk to the corner. I missed my ride, and nearly the 2nd. Then, it seemed like a random dropoff spot. Not exactly what i had selected, but very close.

They promote it as if it was a service available to anyone anywhere in Miami when indeed it is only limited to certain Zones. I live in Palmetto Bay and nothing is currently offered there.
Amazing!! 1st time easy breezy quick
Most of the drivers, specially Arian L., will cancel your rides or make you wait an extra 20 minutes before they begin driving because they can. The service was convenient at first but with the drivers now working whenever they want, and not when a ride is requested, it’s really ruined the whole experience.
Cool app. Very detailed on giving real time information for the metrobus and metrorail arrivals and departures. My only problem is that I’m not able to complete a purchase to adding funds into my account in the app.
