    As Senior Android developer I am surprised how bad this app is. IKEA is known by its customer services and it’s transparent policy, but I cannot even track my order with the app. It crashes all the time on the shopping list. The shopping cart does not sync with the we page and I cannot delete item in it. Really, this is not the quality I expect from IKEA.

    Worest Service Ever!!! Call center will take around 1 hr waiting the app login is not working, as when you try to login it logs you off automatically. other notes: 1. Bad customer service specially in online ordering items are never delivered on agreed time (2 weeks ordering time). 2. They don’t meet customer expectation, as if item is delayed they don’t know when will it be delivered. 3. Item Refunding takes around 1 week as well. 4. Online receipt cannot be processed as store purchase.

    The worst experience i had in online delivery is by ordering in IKEA, i ordered for some products which should be delivered in 2 weeks, but that didn’t happened and i mailed a compliant and still i didn’t get any response from them , and then i complained again then a call came from customer support saying the product was not available please cancel the order. It was very disappointing service from them. And now i ordered for other products and still i didn’t received it yet, VERY WORST service

    Ikea is a gret store. App not so much. First of all, the login doesn’t work. Unable to login with password, unable to login after resetting password. Unable to order after carefully putting items in the shopping bag as an internal error shows up. A fantastic store known for its build quality has built a frustrating app. Please fix this guys

    App is not good at all. After latest update I can’t browse products. Browse by category option shown in app preview is not there anymore. And search won’t recognize any words like “kitchen” or even ikea system names like “besta” and would not yield results. There is no way to browse products unless they are shown as part of the popular or new products, only 7 products or so. All other ikea products are inaccessible. Even the ikea catalog which used to be accessible within the app is now removed.

    Hi.. I did what you told me and still the items are not added in the shopping bag. And I have this application into 2 different mobiles but the issue is same . The Strange is that the issue is only when am sign in… If am not the items are added smoothly.

    Bad Experience The only reason to use the App is to create a shopping list and add thing to the cart. I have lost the items on the cart 5 times after a couple of days. What is the point of having a cart list if it changes or disappears on the next login? Apr 15: more than 6 out of 30 items that I want to order are not deliverable, eventhough they are small and some are part of Pax/Besta design. Why would an app/site be created to provide the costumer with “some” of the items they need!!!

    Bad app! Not working properly. 1. After I added so many things in the shopping cart, I opened it to proceed with the payment but nothing was there and the cart is empty. And the fun part is the app keeps sending me notifications that’s my stuff I have collected are waiting for me in the cart and the cart is empty 🤦‍♂️ 2. if a product I or anyone can’t buy it online You should remove it from your website.

    Useless app. Login does not work. Forgot password throws an error “unable to find an applicarion that can handle the URI” and then they send a message that account is locked for security reasons without any instruction on what needs to be done to unlock it. Staff at IKEA have no clue if the app is working or not.

    Too many notifications! Every day a message about something I have no interest in. Uninstalling this application as the website is much more user friendly and doesn’t bug me to buy stuff I don’t want.

    The app is really great, the design and everything is wonderful, but one problem I keep facing for few days is that the app keeps crashing. The only way to resolve this is by deleting the app and re-installing it, but I’ve been doing this for few days straight and I’m getting tiered 🙁 I’ve re-installed it more than 5 times.😭 and now I can’t log in I don’t know why. 😭 Update; The app no longer crashes and it improved technically. The design and navigation are changed from the best to better 👍

    Very poor and old dated app!! Most of the items are not available online &I believe they still want people to visit the stores even during this pandemic.Delivery and assembly fees should be free on minimum spend (not aucationaly)or free for regular customers/members.The size of the store is extremely large and going through the departments is like a puzzle and so exhausting,this consequently discouraging many customers to visit the store.it would be better to look for a better distribution.

    usually I’m not a person who put reviews , but honestly is not fair to pay delivery charges for each item when u are ordering fom more than one I’m paying 20aed for each item and one of them is just a mirror sticker which is for 29aed so I have to pay almost same price for delivery charges. plus every time u step back and u try to purchase again they add the assembly charges which 120aed, so be careful don’t proceed for payment before checking the total amount.

    Full of bugs !!!! If I increase a quantity of one item in my cart all other items will go mess !!! Some items will appear out of stock after checking out although it was showing it is available in stock before adding it !! This app is frustrating !!!

    Shortage of staff ! You get lost, especially of its your first time there and and no body assists you. You feel like you have to beg for assistance, because IFF you find a staff near, they would be busy! The App: I think there should be a cancellation policy, where you can cancel and refund before you receive. Also I called 5 times, I waited online for over 10.mins each time. And no one called me back (at least up till now) ! Service wise? Awful !

    The app and website experience on Android gave me heartburn. The app only allows you to add items to your wishlist then your cart is a black hole on the app. Login to the website and you have 54 items there and every delete requires a full page refresh. Makes me wonder if THEY even use their own app or who does their UX/UI testing

    Just so weird there is no option for order history, once you place your order there is no option to check it. It will not prompt you that your order has been successful even in email unlike other apps. I just received a message from the bank that my card purchase transaction is deducted. So disappointed with this.

    It doesn’t have the option of seeing suggested products related to the product you want to buy, that is available on the website. for eg, suggesting cushion for the right size when buying chairs. also Tabby option isn’t working on the app!

    The app keeps crashing and logs me out. I am not able to change the store as well. For when I click on it I can’t see the options. Sometimes the shopping list changes the quantity to twice by itself. The app keeps acting itself.

    The app sucks as it logs you out everytime they do a small update at their end. There is no options available for authentication from social platforms. And the “Forgot your password” leads you to a screen which wants you to enter password 🤦‍♂️ Uninstalling the app as I don’t have the patience to go through the hassle of logging in every month.

    It keeps signing me out, and every time I try to log in it fails. I tried to uninstall the app then reinstall it, it didn’t work. I had a full cart and I was ready to check out but unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete my purchase. Very disappointed.

    Its useless to download the app. Logs you out everytime, and will hang during payment. I tried a lot of times but can’t complete the purchase. I finally was able to complete my order with one try, only from the website without any issue. It’s really disappointing for a big company to have an app that sucks!

    It’s painfully slow. Constantly get the error ‘something went wrong our end’ when searching, sorting or filtering. Looks like a well designed app but it’s a better experience using the website.

    Products are really nice..even the price range is good but I payment process is not ok. I tried thrice to pay with tabby but everytime screen stucks on checkout page. when I paid in full through my credit card, it worked in first try.

    I love the Ikea brand, but ur application, guys, is disaster. Food section cannot be open for months (i order through the browser, not app). In the main section: i add items in the cart and it shows that the item is added. When i go to the cart – its empty.

    Your app needs to get fix as it is a useless app! Product chosen always says ” not able to add please try again “, showing few option/choices of products, and most of the products is not available online. Seriously what’s the purpose of your ” online app ” when it’s hard to purchase online???

    The option to search the products using barcode really helps no doubt, but the app is painfully slow and full of errors. It takes a lot of time to add the products in the cart and you have to go to the cart each time to edit the quantities. Once you do all this still the added products change quantitites on their own in the cart. Had to use the ikea website to complete the order.

    Easy to purchase and use. But the app signed me out and I could not get back in, even when I used forgot password option (which I didn’t, cuz it’s saved) I didn’t get the new pw and lost everything in my basket. So had to open a new account. Other than that, I think it’s a good application.

    Perfect. I had been to Dubai ikea many times,somany products are cheap and the best. But in my view and experience,kitchen items, if u r planning to take the items to native country, it is better to buy them online, as it comes safely and perfectly packed, it makes it easier for us to carry. The plates, cups etc
