I found one that I said they could swap it for and they said they will not swap. The best they could give me was a $5 voucher. I even told them that the shipping cost was $10. But they then again said that was the best they could do instead of biting the shipping cost for their own admitted mistake. Poor customer service in my opinion.

    Just downloading the app to see , have ordered online a couple of times , had to deal with very poor customer service. Very poor quality of clothes I love some of the designs that they use simple but look good but wish more care was put into the making of the clothes , colour runs quick in wash had two tracksuits that bubbled after first wash . Wonder if it’s any better quality now

Size guide is awful and almost unseable, filter section when searching clears your whole selection every time you add a new filter to search, when you favourite items to a list you can’t veiw them again from your favourites list you added them to so have to manually find the item again from the while list every time. Honestly the fact this is your only point of contact and sale is an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs! A 5 year old could do better.

    Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, even before it’s dispatched. If you don’t want the items you’ve ordered, or order something by mistake, you need to go through the returns process which seems pointless to me. It’s hard to get any help from their customer service, I had to talk to someone through Twitter.

    Took my money and still haven’t given it back its been a month now and now word from them just keep say wait till this date I have waited 3 time and nothing Microsoft will refund you on one day for something as little as £10 but this company will hold £100 for more than a month. But the clothes are good but everything is terrible.

    Ridiculous returns policy. I returned items on the 30th January, boohoo recieved items on the 2nd February. I then emailed boohoo Cs on the 3rd asking about my refund. Boohoo then reply stating it can take 15 days for the returned items to go through the process before I receive my refund but then it can take a further 7 days for the refund to be cleared in to my bank account. So the total days to process my refund is 22 days. Never again.
