I would have given it 4 stars if a square wasn’t covered after every move! It’s very frustrating. The levels get too hard so that it’s not fun to play. Also, you have to beat every level (or watch a video) to keep your bonuses. I play every day and keep getting the same daily gift. Will end up uninstalling.

I am at level 250 which says i have been playing this for a while. Today i did an update and i have to say that it screwed the whole game up. Ads no longer give you boosters or save your streaks because the game crashes every single time they go to load. This needs to be fixed. In the whole time i have been playing this it has glitched but not to this degree. Its absolutely horrible. To whom ever wants to download, save yourself the frusteration and find something else. Improvements? I think not!

I’m on level 1876… and just switched fro. an iPhone 7 to a Samsung 10… and the screen resolution is messed up. cant access any of the special things acquired like bombs, rockets, etc and there’s no button to get hold of support either… on my old device, this was a phenomenal game and the support people are awesome and responsive

use to have it on my S7 and I loved it. now that I upgraded to S10 it is horrible. can’t turn off sound, too big for screen, dont see a settings button, not sure of it is too big that it “falls” off the screen and so cant access certain areas of it. just absolutely disappointed. this was the only game that I ever used and now it can’t even keep up w the new phones. please fix it, then I’ll reinstall it, until then I won’t bother with it.

i am completely addicted to this game! the updated challenges are great to keep me going. currently at 3200 something levels completed, and waiting for more levels to be added. However, when the game was sold to Fox, it started glitching and freezing. fix it, and i give it 5 stars.

Nice game, and nice graphics. Makes for great game play. However, I gave a 3-Star rating because they cheat on the scores, you can have accomplished your goal for that level and have 32 moves left over when done and they will slow the score meter down so you only get one star especially on hard levels.

Typical Jam City game. The puzzles are very difficult to complete but take a long time to finish. I don’t mind having to play a level over several times but they give you a lot of moves but they’re all wasted. I’m finding more and more wanting to play this game. It’s getting to be a more reliabe game to play! Most of the candy crush games are freezing up, and saying there’s no server up, can’t connect with server, and even app closing while I’m playing it! And then I have to open the apps all over again, and I don’t have the patience to do all that when the damn things are very slow to load up to begin with!!

Unfortunately, this game regularly cheats you out of sombrero streak saves & extra prizes by not playing videos/ads with no explanation (then freezing the ability to do so) so that you have to forfeit saves/prizes………extremely annoying!!!!!!!!!

I’ve uninstalled this due to absolute frustration with it. You are given power ups if you win the level and you lose them if you lose. That’s fair enough. But I’ve lost count of the times I’ve won the level but lost the power ups. Another reason. I’ve failed one level about 17 times because I needed to get 25 yellows. There have never been 17 yellows on the board in total. On one occasion there weren’t any yellows at all. Can’t be bothered with bad programming. Goodbye.

How do you win level 1793 without using all your booster and spending more money? They took a fun challenging game and ruined it! It use to be fun but now they have made it where it’s nearly impossible to win unless you use boosters or pay for extra moves. I just took it from five stars to one because zeromis not an option. I love this app been playing for a very long time but now it is crashing a lot and not playing at all I played it yesterday with no issues now that it’s updated it don’t wanna play like it was it got off the Halloween stuff and switch to normal bc the holiday change now it won’t work at all it just crashes alot I clear the cashe and forced it to stop I just hope that uninstalling and reinstalling makes it work bc this game is way to much fun to have this issue I hope u can fix it thanks

I love sugar smash! With the recent update, I sacrificed my previous levels and play Sugar Smash from level 1 and happy that this game doesn’t crash anymore! Thank you, developer for fixing previous crashings 👍

Terrible ripoff! Played similar game over 5000 levels… Not much problem. This one? Been playing a couple YEARS have never got to day 7 rewards! The weekly special , have got past all 5 levels perhaps twice. Ads ads ads! After you receive a reward… You get another ad! Support? What a joke! Have done nothing and offered zero compensation. Don’t waste your time on this scam game!
