L♡VE it! Great app! Played a few levels. All of a sudden the game froze. Couldn’t move any puzzle pieces. Or even get back to the main menu. I’ve been having technical issues with the game itself. So I had no other choice. But to uninstall the game from my phone. Until this issue is fixed. I might reinstall the game again.

Super cute game, and the graphics are amazing. The levels are not super hard but a few of them are challenging. But what really gets me is that, the game being true to it’s name, Frozen, it does freeze. And it’s not just mid game, it’s when you finish a level, finally after 3 tries. I end up having to exit, play it again 2 more times to pass the level again. Then pray to God it does not freeze again.

It is impossible to get past level 198 cause the game says there is one ice thing left to remove but they have all been cleared. It has happened multiple times now so I’m stopping till they fix it. Otherwise it is a fun and addictive game with great graphics. Just dont touch the screen after you win until an option appears or the game will freeze.

I was loving this game until yesterday! I completed level 146, spent my snowflakes to complete the suit of armor, and then nothing. It won’t let me move on to the next level. Fun game. I like that there’s no map and that decorating each scene is on a small scale, keeping the story streamlined. The gameplay is smooth and fun. Now and then, two gems will get stuck overlapping each other, but they clear out pretty easily. This has been my go to match three for a couple weeks now. I highly recommend trying.

Still needs a ton of improvement…..frequently glitchy and freezes when you’re about to win a level, still updating with more levels…. personality, i would have liked to have seen the developers have waited a bit before releasing. It was like they rushed it out. I love the game and all, but am getting really annoyed when it freezes right as I’m about to win a level.

Unlike some reviewers though, I’ve found it’s been easy to progress without spending a dime. My problem is they haven’t made any puzzles after round 310, and I waited a couple of weeks for the new area, which is currently unfinishable, to even open. Kudos to the devs, but shame on Disney/Jam City for rushing out another mediocre product.

Love this game. Just one CONSTANT issue and that’s when the jewels drop ontop of eachother making them unusable. Once in awhile another glitch happens when you need to clear certain objects or colors and they don’t appear until several restarts later. Its frustrating especially when you spend money to enjoy the game. Please fix the issues!

First game I’ve played where I couldn’t wait to run out of coins. Seriously, really wanted to like this game. Engaging characters, great graphics, nice music. lousy developers though. Constantly reshuffling because it runs out of moves. Often two symbols are occupying the same space. Controls are totally wacky you never know whether they are going to allow you to make the play you intended. Bonuses often don’t act the way they should. Game will totally freeze and you lose your progress if uninst

Really fun game! I like the decorating aspects of it. However, there are still some glitches. Pieces on the board get stuck 2 on top of each other, and I have had a couple levels where they wanted you to collect x amount of objects, but once you’ve successfully completed it, the game wont end/let you win. Still, overall great game

It’s a great game, levels are just hard enough sometimes harder than other but whatever, only gave it 4 stars because of the amount of glitches there are while in the middle of a hard level. In the middle of level 221 I had reached all goals with moves left and it still said I had one more cake peice left but yet out of all 12 cale peices were already gone. I have the screen shot. Shouldn’t have to lose a life because of a glitch Needs to be fixed. So I give it only 3 stars until then

ATTENTION!! it claims to have been saving my progress on FB. I cleared cache and data because the game would crash as soon as I opened it. I connected it to FB and lo and behold it DIDN’T start me from where I was, but from the very beginning. What a friggin waste of time. I was on level three hundred something. I am devastated and absolutely pissed.

I am now STUCK in the Hall because I can’t get past the tables, when I can get them in with the design I want (quite often I can’t choose a design cause it freezes on the selection box) it freezes without fail – I cannot get past that point. So disappointed in the function of the game.

Nice game. Fun adventure. Challenging puzzles. Would have rated it higher, but it always freezes up when I want to complete the adventure’s challenges. Most of the time I can edit the game and open it again, sometimes it freezes my whole device and I have to do a complete restart.

I play these type of games a lot, and some levels are really difficult, taking 2 or 3 days to finally beat. Sometimes when I finally beat the level it will glitch or freeze so I end up needing to beat it again, which is very frustrating. I really like decorating the rooms, its a fun extra feature. But unfortunately, I beat all of the levels, then they had an update with 30 new levels and now I’m waiting again for new levels. Updates need to have more levels please.

The levels are labeled as easy, hard and super hard so it keeps it challenging while still giving you a break for some easier levels. Designing the castle is another fun aspect of the game as well. Ive only run into one or two bugs, but customer service was great and had the problem fixed within 24 hours! Definately recommend it!!

*update* A a couple hundred levels later and I’m not sure if they changed or if I just leveled up enough for it to start happening, but the in-game sales pop ups are now frequent and tiresome. There are like 3 to click through when you first log on and 1 or 2 between some levels. It’s by design, I get the concept. But I choose to play anyway… at least ’till it stops being fun. 🙂

Standard Match-3 gameplay, cute aesthetics, but the app crashes. CONSTANTLY. Game is sometimes completely unplayable because I can’t get it to start. Sometimes will get going after a couple tries, but other times won’t start up no matter what I try. I’m not gonna reboot my phone every single time I want to play this game, so the troubleshooting recommendations are useless.

The game freezes up sometimes but a quick reopening of the application usually fixes the problem. The game is fun to play and can be played very quick without any problem on Motorola G7 power. Again, the experience may be different for each person. For me the game runs pretty smoothly with hardly any error. I experienced overlapping tiles as well if the game went too quick but i used that to my advantage to clear stages. The support for the game is with you all through the process.

Not as enjoyable as before. I don’t like not being able to choose different decor items and the increase in updating the village is taking some of the pleasure I had in previous play!!! Really enjoying this game. Frustrating when you play a level 20 times and get to one item left to get and no more coins! The coins won per level and cost for more moves ratio is too big of a difference.

I have been playing this game for a long time. I love this game however the glitches are absolutely ridiculous. The gems will not fall after you make a match. Problem us I’ve lost lives and specialty items because I have to quit the level and go back in to have the same issues. If this persists I will be force to uninstall. And don’t tell me to try and troubleshoot because already tried that.

This game is so fun. It makes my heart soar, because i have always dreamed of being friends with Anna and Elsa, and this is the next best thing. But I can’t play it at all because it freezes so much. I got 5 levels in and it stopped 10 times. It eventually got to the point where it would freeze on the loading screen so it won’t open again. Please, Please, PLEASE FIX THESE GAME SO I CAN ENJOY IT.

Level 3334I LOVE this game! It has beautiful graphics. The match games are challenging, maybe too much sometimes. I am a match game pro (self-evaluation-lol), and this one is my top choice because of the pretty colors. LOL. Kidding. Not kidding. But also because of the decorating aspects. The developers can’t keep up with me. But I still play the match games even if no decor to spend it o. I do spend money from time to time but it’s really reasonable prices. Try it!
