This app is great but i need a shortcut key for the camera so that it automatically captures an image and insert it without confirmation. Speed is important. New version does not have that.

This app is very important for our life
Used to love this app, but then they took away the ability on the free version to share recodings. So I upgraded to Skyro Pro, my card has been charged, and I’m STILL unable to share recordings. I’ve contacted the helpcenter multiple times, no reply. Now I can’t even submit a request to the helpcenter, it just continuously says “Creating logs…” Don’t waste your money like I did!

I lost all my records. Because it has an error which states that the record has been deleted by another app! I did not clean my phone memory. So it’s the app weakness which cannot keep the records
I recorded things that were quite important to me. I upgraded to the pro version. Then they suddenly stopped playing. Got notification saying they have been deleted! Contacted them thru the app and never heard anything back. 3 times I did this and also sent emails. Eventually they got back to me when told I would be stopping my subscription! They said they were fixing it. Nothing for another 2 weeks. Another email sent. Told to send my details again for refund. Got nothing back. Rubbish service!
Worked fine, but crashes when trying to save recording to file. Really inconvenient to transfer recordings to computer. Purchased a one month subscription, but will be billed for three months. Tried to get refund, but caught in dead end Web links. Worst ever Google Play purchase.
Why would this app randomly pull a photo sent to me via a different app and automatically add it as a thumbnail in a recording?!

your product seems very available to hackers from what I have noticed
I loved it, until I migrated it to a new phone. Now I cannot find any way to see and play my early recordings. They are all there in the correct directory, but I cannot add them to the “play” list on the app. A shame, as it is brilliant otherwise.

I am paying $20 per year for the pro subscription. I opted in so I could use the Cloud Storage feature for all recordings. Six months later I still cannot link my account to the cloud storage offered. The app does not recognize that I am a Pro Subscriber in regard to Cloud storage. I have tried countless times. Seems to me the app is broken, so, do not waste your money. It’s odd that there used to be many cloud option apps for recordings. Now there are few. This one just isn’t.
