I understand the two hour parking limits, but if I can just keep renewing my parking space, can we just allow for the full day to be paid at once. Sure this app makes it convenient to do so, but having to open it every 2 hours hinders my enjoyment of this otherwise beautiful city.
Well, it works–sort of–unlike the regular ParkMobile app, which didn’t. But it’s impossible to set a time other than the maximum, in this case 2 hours. If you want to park for an hour or 45 minutes you’re out of luck. Convenience at a price.
Very good ….want to be great? instead of email reminders when your parking session is about to end, start pop up notifications on your phone!!!

Makes parking a breeze. No finding the kiosk and standing in line to pay. The only thing that was a bit confusing, the first time, was that you are only asked for the area number and not the actual space number. Love it and will tell others about this.
I like the application and it’s easy to use, I would like to suggest to the creator’s that if a person has multiple vehicles that the application prompt which vehicle is being parked. But I love the application.
It would not let me pay for my parking, it just kept freezing.

Never works! The concept is great but I can’t log in 9/10 times. It tells me my email or password is invalid, and resetting it doesn’t help. Multiple phones, multiple browsers, nada. Very frustrating to have an app that never actually works.
So convenient and easy to use. If you’re running late you can extend your time period immediately.

Horrible parking app. I paid to park through app & then got a parking Ticket. I know, just take receipt to court & have dismissed, right? Well, now I have to take off work or get attorney over a $20 ticket after already paying for parking through the app. What a racket!! So pissed.

Horrible app with ZERO customer service and a parking time max of only 2 hours so good luck if you’re on jury duty. I installed this and cannot reset my password. I get a message on the app that a reset link has been sent to my phone and/or email but it never has. Use a different app; this one bites.
