it will be better if they add more buses because many times its hard to find available bus and you need to book first before you prepare yourself going to work because you need to focus on booking only… many times ive tried and even though I started to check early for available bus but still failed to find one… I tried to book for more than 20 minutes but no available bus showing ☹☹☹

I’ved booked using my debit card, and then suddenly the system canceled it and they deducted my money, how rude is that! I try to reach at RTA call center agent and then they told me to email it together with the screen shot of the bill that was deducted, but until now they didn’t response and also they didn’t return the money that was deducted. Don’t use your debit card on this app 👎👎, if you will book a ride better to use your nol card.

Always unavailable whenever try to book. If if available shows more than 20 mnts to come and if comes on time then again it takes more than 30-35 mnts to drop. They will Pick up people drop but you will be still there…

Veeeeeery bad service Drivers are not professional Hygiene and bus smell is bad It happened many times they collect deducted moeny for a trip and the driver cancel the trip and nor refund The drivers wants to drop you where ever they want not at the location you mention on the app. This quality is not proper to be in a great city like Dubai.

Everytime we book we have to look and go here and there under the heat and we can not find the bus and every bus driver is waiting in different place hence why you are using the location 🙄 then it should come to our place why there a walking distance whats makes it different from rta normal bus at leaste we know when it will arrive and we will not look for it … im really disappointed about the pickup and the walking distances

You need to wait 30min to find a booking, the busses are very low so I always have high demand msg and can’t book when I want, delaying 5 to 10min is ok but more than 30min and after booking I have to wait around 20min!!

It’s so hard to book a bus, then 2-4 buses will pass in front of you without any passenger inside. The routing is worst it always just keep on rounding on the same place.

Minimal/Lack of service in Al barsha 2. Some drivers picking routes they are familiar with (people they like). Some being called on personal phones to go their location.. when u see empty buses, they are going to their friends and intentionally ignoring new calls lol..

Lack of service in Dubai silicon Oasis. Please increase the number of buses. And try to do better routing, as it always takes me 15-20mins for 3 km distances

This app needs to be more accurate on timing, I experience 5mins left until the bus arrive then it turns to 1min instantly – without 2 to 4mins. There are also times like 25 mins left until the bus arrive but waited for more than 35mins + bus routes took longer. Also fix your rules, cancelling our ride or the bus driver cancelled our ride is not our fault, app timing is very important, make sure its accurate or else it will affect our work.

The idea itself is good, the only shared buses in dubai, sometimes it’s annoying to not be able to book even though i try for 20 minutes, sometimes there are delays but not that often, in silicon oasis the service is good, don’t know about the other two areas, the app does the job but there is also room for improvement, the live tracking is what making it special, the fee is reasonable and better to use ride credits than getting it deducted directly from the credit or debit.

You can’t use credit cards or debit cards to book your ride. This feature used to work but now you’re simply taken to a page that says processing… endlessly.
