Really easy and convenient. Makes you feel good. There is one UX remark I have. You can choose from different projects that you want to support. On the one hand, I love the transparency, but choosing between those options make it harder for me. I want to give some money but I dont want to deicide between those options. All sound good, none is more worth than the other. A convenient -one click to donate button- could be quite beneficial imo. Just to eliminate decision making for the user. 🙂

Great idea, I hope that the dontated money is well spent. Maybe some more details on the programs that are being supported would be a nice touch. And maybe consider adding a basket so one can choose different programs to donate and then check out and pay for everything together. As I had to pay Everytime separately for each program.

I’m very sad. I saw an ad that said this app will help you donate. One meal = 0.50. I was planning on using the money I gained from playing other apps to pay for this amazing concept. However once I downloaded it the only options I had was to donate 19.50 for any of the amazing sounding programs. While that’s still great, I don’t have that much to give nor can I accumulate that amount in a short period. The ad was very misleading.

Each cause being supported has a description and a progress bar so that you can see how much help they still need. The app also doesn’t get pushy about sharing each meal you’ve donated or about spreading the word like many others. Also no adds and a very clean and thoughtful app design.

Is very simple to use, you can choose monthly payment or a single donation to a variety of food emergency country, above all you can choose whatever amount you can afford! That’s brilliant and I feel helpful to a lot of people that need the most basic need, “eat”.

I hate the latest version. I find it very difficult to navigate compared to the last version. If you try to make it rewards-based by having teams (now challenges and sharing with social media, etc…, you’re going to have to do better than this UI. This version actually discourages me from donating because it’s frustrating to play. I find the challenges really miserable. I either have to create one or go with whatever is featured. I can’t even search for one.

Single meal as a primary focus, when I buy my lunch I can open and share with someone else for the 0.80 cost that feels like nothing. Defaults should be set at that single meal not the £20 level which is a large amount that acts as an adoption barrier. All the related info goes lower on the page or further inside the app. Share not inform is the primary purpose

I loved the idea!!! it seemed impossible to send just one meal.. but adjust the toggle and you can!! Really such a good idea!!!! and you can even choose to which part /community it goes! Really wonderful idea and hope a lot of people join😇👌❤️✌️

Actually there is no “one-tap” functionality as is was promoted. There is even no option to retry previous donation, and every time I have to go through the list of projects

Excellent app. Love the fact that rather than just praying and sparing a thought for those less fortunate when sitting down to a meal; you can actually do something active to assist. Would have been 5*****, except that the ad’s are “misleading”: “With just a tap on your Smartphone…”, it’s actually more like seven taps,lol!?… 😅

I had a bit of trouble with one credit card (constantly having to approve texts to get the payment through) so I switched to PayPal and now it works great.

Super easy and not too pushy. You can choose how much to donate and who for. Excellent for small amounts that you maybe normally wouldn’t bother with, but if everyone does it, it adds up.

This app helps to feed people that need it most. Never take your food for granted and be excited every day if you know you can pick and choose what you can eat at the end of everyday.

They’re pretty good at taking her money for donation. I reached an absolute dead end trying to get tech support after many many tries. My problem was that I opened a different PayPal account and their app kept rewarding to the other one I did not want to use. No matter how I tried to remove the old PayPal account their app just kept defaulting to it no matter what. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it and the same thing happened. Tried to contact tech support 3x with no help.

Whenever we go out to dinner, I always donate meals on ‘sharethemeal’ app. You can donate to a particular country, or where food is needed most. Love this app❤️

I love this app. It’s pretty simple, which is great; and it allows me to donate what I can, when I can, with ease. If I skip buying a coffee, I can provide five meals for people who need them instead, in less time than I would be queuing. What’s not to love?

when I try to add a monthly donation it doesn’t work, but other than that it’s great. it shows you where your money is most needed at that time and provides some information for each option.

Great app…wish they wouldnhave left the donations in lower donation amounts as in the beginning…I liked the idea that the app allowed you to make a donation right while you were eating, sharing a meal right when you were eating…inhad hoped the focus would be on including others while we included ourselves…normalizing the ability to share and making it accessible to all economic levels

Downloaded the app with a positive hope. Quickly found out they do not offer any hope to any children in the USA. With all the hungry, homeless and overwhelmed children right here in the country that I live in, I’d prefer my money to go here.

I loved the previous version. It had the option to donate monthly through The table. I loved the fact that you could find out where your donation was sent to and what food that family bought with it. It was amazing to help another family each month and to learn more about them and to feel like you’re actually helping them a little. But now it’s just a simple donation with no additional info… that’s why I don’t use this app anymore.

Great app! Was looking for a good charity that is transparent about their finances and impact, and couldn’t find anything better. I love the work and I will continue to support for as long as this is running, keep up the good work.

Typical leech style system to make the app owners rich by taking way too lathe share of the donations. 6+4% so 10% as per promise but as that a percentage they take way way more than what the actual fixed costs are! The more you donate, the more they steal from the plain bank transfers

You get 5 stars just cuz. I mean this helps feed people. But the add said 80 cents a day. And I have 3 dollars on my cash app. But it wanted me to pay 5 something. If I want to donate any amount I should be allowed to do so. Please Fix I wanna help in anyway I can. Please Fix.

One of the best apps! Makes it easy to give to a variety of causes, knowing the money will be put to good use. You can keep track of all donations, give monthly and other things. Highly recommended!

Hey, not really sure here but, shouldn’t there be some other means of billing in the app. I mean…where I am, which is in Africa, I can’t donate a thing because I use a different currency and don’t have a bank account 😅, soo…

I’m not a rich person, but I feel rich in spirit thanks to this app. Edit to add: I tried to make a donation with a card. It sent a one time code through a transaction on said card-no problem. I enter in the #: they sent a 5 digit code but the passcode is 6 digits. Can’t confirm the card. Can’t contact anyone. Please fix.

It is a very good to share what you have with other people and i really want to do that but then the payment methods in the app are restricted since african countries cannot use PayPal it makes it a bit impossible to donate.
