    App was better before the update, now when making mobile-top ups from google chrome on the phone it no longer travels directly to app and i need to relog in everytime, widget now is bigger for no reason and u arent able to resize it, biometrics doesnt work, the previous style of the app was more appealing and less confusing…

    The older version of the app was much better. Now the widget is pointless, as it doesn’t work and is much too big, no more quick balance in the app, and no more quick transactions, like the ones that were available on the app’s title screen. I wish there was a way to revert to the old version.

    After update quick balance widget does not have direct access to the main app anymore. Big bummer. I have some regular payments to same recipients. It’s not possible anymore to open historical item and initiate a payment with same details. Nor I can label it to be a template or favorite from app for quick transfer.

Can’t access my savings, can’t access my finance planner, features that made swedbank app stand out have been removed. Now this app falls in line with the rest of the garbage in bank application universe. Good job devs, swedbank, you really care and it shows. Scary to think about how you are handling money if you can’t handle your customers. Such a shame.

    Update is not automatic. The app does not support permissions related to card payments. The support by phone is not familiar with issues related to the app; it takes long to find out even about minor, standard issues.

Why is is so hard to make basic features work before sending an update? The previous version that I installed back in February 2020 had no such issues. Fix this problem please.

    App is ok-ish, but missing features like graphs for expenses, intuitive UI etc. It keeps linking to sites rather than having stuff in app which is terrible. Moreover the bank is awful. Revolut is just better. Here’s the things I have just encountered TODAY: 1. Wasn’t able to generate bank statement (is it even available?) 2. Encountered card limit, limits are tiny even when you set them to max possible. 3. Got blocked when I tried to transfer funds to my investment account. 4. High fees.

    So my fingerpint just stopped working so now I have to login with codes again. When I try to reenable the fingerprint it also says error occured. I have already logged in, why do I need to use fingerprint to make a new fingerprint template? Now I am stuck inside an endless loop which prevents me from using fingerpint.     Would give 5 stars, as the app is really good, however contactless payment became extremely unreliable recently – many times had to look for a card after failing to pay with a phone for like 7 times (might be because of older phone – OnePlus 5, android 10 – but a few months ago it used to work perfectly for many years)

    Biometrics cannot be enabled for my device because I have modified firmware (I do indeed). This is funny because I literally write code for a living. I can run whatever firmware I want on the phone that I own. You are in no position to tell me what firmware I can or cannot use because you do not know better.

    Login with biometrics does not work anymore if phone is locked. I receive notification on a locked phone, but no fingerprint request is requested. I have to unlock a phone before doing biometric auth to overcome this.
