In order to activate the app it requires all the data I already provided when I was registering my account. Just let me log in to my existing account, I don’t want to create a new one.
The app is nice and slick, but pretty basic – lacks any visual analytics or user-friendly layout. Personally annoying bit of missing functionality is lack of option to change the language – app only functions in the same language as the phone set up (in my case English). I would prefer to have it in Polish (given it’s a Polish bank’s app).

Since some time, user experience is not up to the standard. Mobileapp logs out in middle of the currency exchange transactions, no history button or search feature. Transactions on the list view loads very slowly and before you get to the transaction you are looking for in the past, app logs out few times://

Buggy. Stupid enrolment process – first you receive an sms code, then you get called by a machine that reads you a second code. Better have pen and paper ready. No way to negotiate rates like in other Polish banks. Poor English translation. Another poor showing from this bank.
Bad implementation of new e-Pin functionality. I was not able to set epin in the mobile app, only in the web browser. During card transaction, there’s supposed to be a push notification – it comes malformed. Terrible quality assurance.

Wish that this app was already integrated with Alior Bank app. Also, there are too many clicks to make a simple transaction. Works, but it can be much better.
Crushing all the time
Please enable checking currency exchange rates without logging into the account. It was available in the previous app but now it’s gone. Edit 2022: new device, had to do the same form multiple times because it crashes at different stages. Overall account has been blocked. That was caused by poor app. As a several year customer, you lost me on that one. Recommend switching to Revolut or other apps.

It does not make any sense to use web site to update transaction limits. Also you should consider having app in Huawei store.

It loads forever, every time I have to close it and open it again, rubbish! You can’t send your money to different bank too, I lost my funds for 2 weeks and when money bounce back to my account I lost 10% of my money. Alior bank is saying they did everything right. It’s a disgrace, thieves! stay away from this bank!
Crashes. Attempt to open new currency account blocks bank account! Crashed 3 times this morning!
One star as of today. Terrible app. I transfered money from Alior bank to Alior kantor and app got blocked. I couldn’t do anything so i uninstalled and installed it again and now won’t accept my pesel and ID number. Very disappointed. I will have to call to Poland to unblock it which is not cheap. Probably won’t use Alior kantor any more.
