We always shop at HEB and figured I would give this loadable card a try. Application was a breeze and was approved immediately. Fast forward and the card gets here and I’m unable to activate, so have to call it in. I provide all identifiable info yet I have to provide more info to verify it’s me. Annoyed by this point. It’s a “loadable” card and not a platinum card. What a joke of a process. This card was shredded so fast and quickly the app thereafter. Iron out your process.
It keeps telling me I have to activate my account but every time I provide my card number and my security code it keeps telling me “sorry something went wrong.” I even called it in and yet no help at al. Very disappointed.

Can’t login to my account. Keeps telling me “There is an issue with your account. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue.” Guess what? I keep calling customer service but no one picks up the phone. Update – I emailed customer service. They replied back saying you need to call the number. It can’t be resolved over email.
I love the security on the card and how fast it transfers money, BUT I haven’t received any cash back points even though I bought heb products and went to a cash back heb location and waited 2 weeks nothing has showed up in my cash back rewards . This app is pretty new so I’m guessing it’s a bug issue
I would not recommend using this card service they advertise no fees for HEB transactions. What they don’t tell you is that NetSpend or metabank don’t charge you fees. But HEB still does. I called customer service and they tell me to call HEB you call HEB and they tell you to call customer service I waS On the phone with card services for 1 hour 45 mins trying to get this. Straight and then at the end of the hour and 45 mins My call was Conveniently disconnected did recieve a call bk BAD SERVICE
My money is in limbo. Requested a bank transfer to the card four days ago. Bank says it was sent. Account has not received it yet. Who has my money?!!! Other transfers happen quickly. This is unacceptable
Good but could be better! Crashes! Crashed and closed itself twice since activating my card. Buggy in other areas as well as things not loading when selected and/or being sent back to home/main screen. Could be more bugs just haven’t run into them yet as I barely started using app today. Good app overall but it feels slow and would be better with biometric login methods (fingerprint/face unlock) so I don’t have to type my password every time.
Tried creating an account twice and crashes before I try to send proof of my identity. When I try to login in it says there is a problem with my account. It gives me customer service number to call but I don’t have time for that and I dont trust sending emails. HORRIBLE!!

I save all my money in there card. For my son 5th birthday party.. my card didn’t even work!!! Show they my money is still pending after everything. Most difficult banking ever! In order to fund the account you have limits daily. But then they change if you are doing ACH funding. Debit card funding may have fees, so that’s why I tried that. Just way more complicated than it needs to be, plus it’s buggy. Transaction hasn’t cleared yet, so that’s why I am guessing it’s not letting me fund again even though it has been 3 days and kt says I can do $200, but when I submitted it says I have exceeded the limit for today. Overall, very confusing

Okay, I have several issues with this app: 1. Even with the fingerprint option enabled, and I know it works the same way on iPhones with facial recognition, you have to push a button for it to actually let you log in with your fingerprint or face. 2. I could not add my Chase Bank account. 3. You can only add One external account even though it is in a section labeled “external accounts”. 4. When you modify your deposit amount, numbers delete and insert weirdly.
I love heb but so far nothing but issues with this card. I’m planning on closing the account , it’s too frustrating to deal with. I had to change to one star because they blocked my account without any warning when I was trying to put money in. They want me to verify my account but the only way they want to do that is with a picture of my ID and my social security card . Absolutely no way I’m doing that. They say the only way I can get my money back is to close the account and wait for a check.
I think that the next update should inculded cash back rewards for fuel pharmacy and HEBgo app, they are heb products after all. HEB if you really want things to be better here get on it . I love this card but yall need to do some more refining
