I love ASE banking and I love the App until about Nov 2018 or the last update because it took away the ability to Login with a Drcure Pin and takes way to long to check your account now. I’m on Android and it doesn’t work at all and I even took it to a bank teller for help…No luck. This has to be a developer issue because the IOS works just fine.
The app before the latest update was great. I dont mind using fingerprint sign on but when view transaction and try to load more, you are not allowed to view all the transactions. in other words the continuous scroll is not available now. so there are some transaction you can not see.
Keeps giving log in errors right when i need to log in for sumptn important. It keeps making send a verification code to my phone cuz it wont save my phone

Cannot view all transactions when you select “more transactions” sometimes difficult to navigate. Good only for quick check of balance and most recent transactions
Worse damn app design can’t set up so how in hell can I login and why do you have the scroll for 60 years to set up birthday fix this looks like it has good potential.

They seem to update this thing every other month and I’m tired of it. The app was perfectly fine before but every time they update it they manage to break it. At this moment of time I can’t even access my bank account due to an update.
Worked for a few days. Now, I log in, then says loading transactions-but it closes the app. Instead.

Lastest update broke the application for Android users. Seems to be a repetitive thing when updates are pushed. Very disappointing for a banking app that people use for every day banking. Just another reason to swap banks.

Terrible upgrade, the app does not work any longer . Prior to the app upgrade I couldn’t even pay my ASE CC through the app , after complaining still no fixes ! Sure seems like Jared was doing a better job .
I’m having the same issues as everyone else. I gave 3 stars because, when the app works, it is great. Unfortunately, since the last update a few days ago, the app does not work… AT ALL. It immediately shuts down every time after I’m prompted to enter my user name and password. I enter the info and then the app closes. There are only a few ASE locations in my area so I really rely on this app. It is inconvenient for me to drive to one of the few branches available. Please fix it soon!
This app is not working as of today July 28, 2020. Need help. I uninstall and reinstall, still will not open.
This app is garbage to put it nicely. Horrible interface. Every time there’s an update, crashes built into it. I’ve been reporting the crash for 5 days now and nothing has been done. This is starting to cause me Financial impacts, since I am unable to use my mobile banking to shift my money around between accounts. Unacceptable. Maybe they should actually hire a web designer who can get the work done this time.
The app used to work great never had any problems until this most recent update now it doesn’t allow me to log in.
I cant even check my account. It acts like it is loading then clears out. When will this be fixed.
Recent update force closes everytime and if course developer email doesn’t work. No wonder this thing has 3 stars.
Im changing banks…..i had a perfectly working app here that was suddenly updated to a nonfunctional app i cant get into. My date of birth was in 1960 how would you put that in. Back to 100% guardian credit union….
Since the update the app no longer works. Please fix it back because whatever you all did you messed the app up completely
7/30 – yay! They finally got it fixed. I can access my accounts again. Although with the current update it doesn’t look like anything has changed. 3 stars. 7/26 -The upgraded app malfunctions and will not open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still shut down. I received a response unable to open the app and then it asked me to report the problem. I’ve done that but now I can’t access my bank account via mobile app which in today’s day and age is a bit of a problem.

When it works, it’s okay at best. Unfortunately, after every update, you have to deal with bugs and crashes. Now, they’ve taken away the ability to deposit checks on the app.
This app is TRASH!!! I’m always on the go and do (well would like to do) most of my banking while using this app; however, I can barely access it to do anything. Getting the app to come up is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia! Don’t waste your time downloading it!!! If I could rate it half a star, I would!
I opened an account here because BBVA started charging me a fee for transferring money into my mom’s account. The associate was very polite and helpful. Even helped me set up this mobile app. I almost never have to go into the bank anymore. The best thing is this app has never crashed. I have connected 3 different banks to this one and can transfer money between them AT NO COST! Love it.
Wonderful people who really bent over backwards to help me complete a wire transfer that became very difficult. As a result, I plan to move my banking to ASE. The y are the besr!

App works fine but realize it now has ase ads built in. Can we get a version that does not have any? I don’t like the need to have to scroll the accounts window to get past advertising. 8/16/22 – accounts view in picture is misleading, there is an ASE ad on top in the app. Cannot change what is shown in snapshot view. Need to be able to customize. Previous version was arranged a lot better in my opinion.
