Just subscribed and started using the app. So far, Im not impressed. The info on shows isnt correct. I see several movies listed as 2022 that are actually over 20 years old. If they dont care about the finer details then Im betting there’s lots of other problems too. Streaming is the future of all TV and Movies. This is not an area you should go cheap on.

The UI is inferior to competitors, especially considering the price. 1st day and subtitles don’t work with Chromecast, no subtitle settings, I had to reinstall twice for it to play, doesn’t auto play the next episode or save what episodes you’ve watched and cant control volume other than mute. Thankful for the free trial.

This app is terrible! It keeps saying that I’ve lost internet connection, which I haven’t. I end up having to uninstall then reinstall so it will work again. It also doesn’t give the option to resume an episode I was watching previously, so I end up losing my place. I would really like to cancel my subscription but it doesn’t give me an option to do that. I had to contact the support team and hope to hear back soon.

I haven’t been able to use my annual subscription for most of the year bc it would never load (always a blank screen or says connection error). Now that I figured out how to force stop the app, I can watch the content. I like the variety but wish there were more filters, categories, and sorting. The UI has improved alot but needs more work.

Currently watching a film in the app on my phone and the playback controls will not disappear; The 15s jog buttons, pause, the time elapsed/total, and scrubber all remain visible. I’ve tried various taps on the screen and exiting and restarting but the behavior is unchanged. Additionally, please add Shudder TV as one of the live channels.

Needs work. OK this app does run relatively smooth. It does however lack several key features that should be standard at launch at this point. It needs, skip intro, remove the “previously on”, remove the “Next time on”, CC doesn’t work at all, and it doesn’t remember where I left off. Also there should be a way to make several profiles. These are basic features that every other platform has.

This app is trash. I can only ever connect when on WiFi, even though I have a perfectly STRONG signal with everything else working just fine. I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, force stopping, and uninstall/reinstall multiple times. As soon as I am done with the last few episodes of TWD, I will never use this app again.

I’m trying to watch an episode of walking Dead but the play pause button and the forward and rewind button along with the episode information and timeline will not go off the screen. Kind of frustrating when I just subscribed to the channel and there’s no other way to watch the episodes. One star until fixed or I cancel subscription.

I wonder if I got a free year offer for AMC+ because that’s how long it’ll take to fix the app? I’ve had the app for about 2 months now and it hasn’t worked once in that time. I keep getting an error message. Thankfully my Roku tv has an AMC+ app on it otherwise I wouldn’t be able to watch anything from the service. Unfortunately not all our TVs at home have the app so we’re stuck having to watch on that specific TV.

Basic functionality expected in streaming apps is missing. Claims to have lots of content but is actually pretty slim on viewing options. ** Also note that this service will not alert you when a new billing cycle is coming up and you will end up being stuck with another year of a service you just don’t use. ** Avoid at all costs!

I forgot to cancel my subscription after getting a year for like $20 last year. I can initially open the app but then it I get BSOD. Nothing but a black screen and it freezes my phone completely resulting in having to completely restart my phone to get my phone to work again. And getting to restart it is an accomplishment by itself. I had this app a few months ago and it was fine. Now it’s so buggy it’s unusable.
