Gave this game 3 stars due to numerous issues. I paid $6.99 for the tip jar thinking this was a permanent 1 off payment only to find that I have to pay for it every time. Not happy and it just shows how money hungry the developers are. Also wasted a lot of time watching video ads to only be told I skipped it and no reward would be paid due to this, however you can’t skip ads!? Also the market place should only be for selling dishes not ingredients. Other than these issues the game is addictive. Please fix these issues and I’ll rate you higher!

Not much complaints for this game except the cooking and eating takes a longer time and it’s a little hard to earn coins but overall the price for furnitures and customization is pretty cheap except in-game gems and gold are way too expensive, not worth buying. Food graphic is quite realistic it makes me hungry. Loved it. I’ve played it on iOS before and now on android. The only thing that bugs me is that there’s no way to transfer account from iOS to android or vice versa. Updated: game was updated to the latest version but not Halloween update and loading screen and in-game trees doesn’t look like Halloween but that is not the case for my iOS.

I really liked the game play and graphics. But the constant reminders from the chef were annoying, would like to have the option of turning him off. After learning the initial concepts of the game he isn’t needed. Would have rather that he showed me where the market was so I could go when I wanted instead of him popping up all the time. I uninstalled this game because I found the tip jar very annoying. Giving players diamonds as part of the tip is good, however to only be able to claim them from a purchase was disappointing. The constant reminders that the tip jar is full and your losing diamonds was why I uninstalled the game. There is already a feature to purchase diamonds why not leave it at that? Also, it takes too long for some of the foods to be prepared. But overall the game play and concept are good and it is a fun game to play.

I am liking this game however I cannot build any walls, and every time I add land I end up with open space. I went to the FAQs and watched the video and walls are not even an option under my decorations. Is this an error with anyone else’s app? Also the Italian dudes food takes forever…seems very unrealistic that pasta takes 2 hours to make… but otherwise so far I have enjoyed playing. Hopefully the wall situation will be fixed

Worse since Tasty Town came out. I love this game and have been playing it for a while now, but it seems that ever since Tasty Town came out, it’s very glitchy and freezes up a lot. I’m not sure how the two would correlate, but it’s very frustrating. Would be 5 stars, had this not started to happen. I enjoyed the game until level 8 and I had to expand for the first time. Before the expansion things were glitch and the game forgot my moves, however while doing the 3xpansion,the 8th square never expanded, pausing the game and then whenever I get back on, it sends me back to way before that, forgetting everything I had done in that game time… Please solve this!

I used to be able to listen to music and podcasts while playing the game. Now I can’t, it completely stops all audio. Also it makes a notification sound every time I open and close the app. I have checked all settings on my phone and for the app and searched on google/YouTube for help, to no avail. This is driving me crazy to the point that I hate opening the app now.

Recently got a new phone and redownloaded to play again to find that a lot of the game doesn’t like to render on my phone such as trying to make new food items with the cooks and it only shows a blue buffering circle for the choices I can make. Sadly I must delete the game and hopefully this review catches the developers eyes to fix this issue I would love to play it again with no problems.

There’s some kind of glitch on the screen when you click on your level to review rewards you can get when you go on to the next level. An orange dashed block comes under one of the rewards. There’s no writing but you can click on it. When I go to click on it, I lost 48 diamonds. I still cant find what I spent 48 diamonds on. I got a new phone. I started up the game, finished the tutorial, and logged into Play Games and Facebook. At that point, the game is supposed to give you the option to sync your data and use your cloud save. This option never appeared. My 3-star restaurant? Gone. Years of gameplay wasted.

Great way to pass time with simple controls and management skills. Great design that makes it easy to watch and play. However, the difficulty for saws really needs to be adjusted. Diamonds shouldn’t be the only way to get them especially since they are required for the vineyard.

But I stopped playing games for some reason and now I tried playing it again. Everything has changed! You don’t care about your game or your customer anymore, you just ask for money all the time! You made improvement on chef but all for MONEY! Your game is only suitable for an age of 3 to 10 years olds.

Been playing for a very long time on and off, but one of my favourite games. VERY expensive if you want to buy gems, but not an issue of you’re patient. I would suggest though maybe adding a little something extra, like mini games for example as I find myself running out of things to do while waiting on dishes and moving on to another game.

Played this game a bunch a few years back. It was one of my favorite games. But then they decided to make some changes, and it made progression impossible (boat upgrades would reverse overnight but still steal all my coins, expansion supplies not dropping, etc.) Now I’m back and the helper chef is annoying the daylights out of me. I know I need more meat, but I don’t have storage. Stop taking up my screen with useless information. I’d like a way to turn him off please.

I’ve been playing this game for years and I love their weekly challenges to get new limited chefs. Recently they made it basically impossible to get the limited chefs by raising the amount of orders you need to fill in 9 days to 20-60 instead of 15-45. It was already super hard but now I think it’s time to stop playing.

Very disappointed. I already bought the chillout area. When it’s build and the time runs out, I click to open it but it ask me to pay more for another 10.000 coins. Addicted to this game! I love getting new free seasonal chefs ! Wish getting gems were easier though without paying real money. But also wish there was a secondary level for expanding the land and continue building as the number of chefs available there is limited space

I’ve been playing this game for years and I’ve always enjoyed it. I recently got a new phone and downloaded it. After I played the tutorial and was able to switch to my game the server says there was a problem with the connection and to try again and it will never load. So my only option is to play from the beginning.

Don’t get me wrong i do enjoy this game, but this game seems to be going downhill.. game loaded fine up until a week ago.. now just shows a blank screen on load.. I’ve done everything to get it to open… It’s not really a negative review. It’s more of an irritating response to a continual crash!!

Personally I love the game. The graphics are clean, the concept is interesting and it’s not difficult to pick up. It’s more of a casual game, so food preparation isn’t instantaneous and can take hours also, after you start cooking all your orders there’s not much to do. It’s more of a daily check in and progress type game. If you are looking for an fast paced game, then I wouldn’t recommend. However, it’s still fun to play.

I love this game and have had multiple resturaunts spanning over devices and years. On my newest resteraunt i just got the chill out area and opened it. When i came back later after i opened it it said it was locked and i needed to spend another 10000 coins to unlock it. I was just wonding if thats an issue that can fixed or if i have to open it again? Over all great game though!

I remember of all the rubbish cooking simulation tycoon whaddya call it games this was so much better, higher iq, smarter, and a lot difficulter than the rest! I love this game! I couldn’t find it for a while so then I gave up looking for it for about a year and a half, but now I’ve stumbled across it all of a sudden, it rings a few bells and I KNOW it’s the right game! OMG, I’m so excited to be playing this game again! Just re-downloading it. (Altho it may not work sadly due to space or device)

Haven’t played this game for a while, came back, have to play through an intro which is tedious and slow when you know how to play and then it won’t let me load my previous game, it just crashes constantly Very disappointing seeing similar reviews and no apparent action taken to help. Edit: got a new phone and the game is just a black screen. I would give 0 stars if I could

I like this better than Tasty Town. The coins and expansion items try your patience, but that’s ok. I don’t believe this game is being updated anymore, but if it is I would love to see a club option added. Not like the club on Tasty Town (it is horrible). Not a high pressure game, perfect balance of cooking beautiful food and strategy.

Can not restore game Recently got a new phone and tried linking my game – when I got to select account it didn’t give me the option for my current game (level 57) but instead offered me a level 4 version?! Have tried backing up again, but now asks if I’d liked to select the level 4 version – gives no option to save over this. Dad to say after all these years, I will be uninstalling and not coming back
