I LOVED this game. For months, I was seriously addicted. I spent real money so I could keep playing when I ran out of coins. Suddenly, it feels rigged. Levels that I nailed 100 times are impossible to complete. I clear the hazards, I have 1 card left and plenty left in the stack, and even if I was playing a perfect game, there’s no card to finish the game. Before, when my streak matched the cards I turned up, the algorithm rewarded me with the final cards I needed. No more. It’s infuriating!
Love the game but game keeps freezing up and shutting down in the middle of the game while you’re playing causing you to lose coins and your free plays. Getting very frustrated. I love the game but boy oh boy the constant freezing, kicking me out of the game everytime I play and not getting my credits when sitting through them stupid ads is very frustrating. Played this game a while back, but it never let me play past a certain level – it just wouldn’t load. Tried it again from scratch recently and noticed wins are harder to come by – sometimes it seems statistically I should have a high probability of a certain card to win but it doesn’t come up. Did have it freeze a few times when my storage was full – contacted support and the immediately responded by replacing the lost value (coins/cards). Lots of ads. Wish I could buy the app for a flat fee.
Inundated with ads. Used to be you could watch ads for coins, etc…and I wouod do so on occasion. But now it’s as soon as you enter the game, after every set, to do this, to do that. You made me leader of a group without my consent, but that’s ok. It needed cleaned up, but if you don’t do something about the now excessive ads, I’ll uninstall the game.
If I could give no stars I would. This game is still add happy and it’s ridiculous. Did ya ever think that a person might want to play a dang game without being forced to watch adds? I took a year off from playing and returned with the hopes of you toning down the adds but nope! Still at it, basically forcing adds on the players. This game used to be fun and engaging but now it’s just become a big eye roller and I spend more time exiting out of the game to get away from your stupid adds.
This game use to be amazing. It is awful. I play one third of what I use to. The app is constantly glitching and shutting down. The ads to buy more coins or boosters work just fine. It seems like it is set up to take your coins to make purchases to keep playing to not be able to finish games. There’s an entire community on Facebook that has the same issues. It’s not me. It’s not my signal. The TriPeaks team seems to take forever to respond and when they do, you never get your full losses back.
I came to change my rating from a 5 to a cool 2…..ok, so I play this game a lot (have been playing for years) and I used to love it!!!! However, recently I’ll be right in the middle of a game and the app will just close out and cause me to lose coins!! Also, if and when I opt to watch videos for coins, it kicks me off every dang time!!! I have recently joined a club and that part is cool, but the glitch in the app has me on the verge of uninstalling😩
Game is fun but does get frustating when it quits half way through your game and you have to keep rebooting to continue playing. Had to reboot 5 times one evening to even finish 5 rounds which makes you so frustrated. Update from 8/20- game will not download at all. Tried and tried to re-install and it keeps kicking itself out even before you can play a card. So, so upsetting. I love playing this game. Please fix it for me, please.
Been playing for 3 years and this is the worst it’s ever been. Freezing, shutting down, even more ads than usual. I had gift boxes not given to me and then some that completely disappeared from my inbox. Harder to win games than it use to be, so taking the little things that help just makes me want to quit. Bring back power ups. That made the game fun. Stop giving us things nobody likes.
Some games there are barely any playable cards. You’ll flip through almost your entire allotment of cards before you find one that unlocks. It was fun at first but now I’ll have to pay to play and it’s not cheep. Rewards are too far apart too be of benefit. You will barely recoup the cost of one game when you win. With the amount of advertisements in this game, it should have enough rewards to play for free.
Ran into another bug tonight. Three of the buttons would cause it to freeze and the little progress bar showing “downloading” was frozen about a third of the way through. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it works. I think because my account is so so linked to Facebook, it doesn’t stop my progress or my participation in clubs. All in all, it’s a fun and addicting app..
I use to love this game until the recent update will not quit freezing up and the long ads you have to watch. There is an x to leave the ads but they don’t work you have to watch the wholelong ad Update not freezing up as bad. I really love this game some of the ads are just too long! Why does it keep freezing up during play????? The apps sure dont freeze!
I gave it a 2 because the game is fun and it’s challenging. And I think the amount of adds is fair. Until you get a few levels up. Then it runs you out of cards doesn’t give you the cards that play so you have to spend all your winnings just to keep the game going. And your reward for being a decent player is you don’t even have enough to start a game. When you do collect enough well you do t have any for extra letters. Unless you spend your actual cash it’s imposible to maintain. And that sucks
So the game has the potential to be a fun solitaire game, however, around level 20 you start to hit these roadblocks where you have to use a ton of coins to progress. It feels very rigged and structured, if it felt random it would be okay, but it doesn’t feel random at all and you can pretty much predict whether you’re going to win or lose. The daily ad limit is ridiculous too. You’re still getting revenue with each ad watch so there’s no reason for a max ad limit. I don’t recommend.
Game is great however when I go to close out of the ads and it accidentally clicks the ad, my Amazon app opens and changes the language with ABSOLUTELY ZERO PERMISSIONS to do so. This only happens when it’s advertising amazon throigh this game. Incredibly frustrating having to delete and re-download the app just to change it back and then change my passwords because your game app violates my accounts!!
This game crashes all the time. My phone is a month old and I have over half my storage space available. The rewards do not match the cost to play even when you get a perfect score. The boosters cost too much to be worth their help in most cases. They should gradually increase over the game play.
Many problems with this app. You can log in daily and then get reset to the beginning with your daily bonus. It happens sparatically and when you reach out to support they can’t help. Constantly licks up. After the third time and daily bonus over 400, with no resolution from support, I deleted the app. Not worth my loyalty or time.
This should have been 5 stars because this game is so much fun BUT the game will close or freeze sometimes while you are in the middle of a game… This sucks if you’re in a club competition or if you are using power-ups since you lose them once the game randomly shuts down. The power-ups are affordable and good deals always pop up. Still, the game is worth playing.
You lose ability to play very quickly. It really pushes you to buy coins. You can go from 200,000 coins to zero in less than 10 games due to the many traps that are costly to buy fixes. It’s priced so you lose. Great fun but I’m tired of getting less than 30 minutes of play. I even bought 34$ worth of coins. Goes way too fast. Uninstalling.
The usual card game with some extra swirls and twisting graphics which are charming and sometimes distracting. As with most games today the numerous options to purchase more stuff is onerous, but I suppose necessary or games aren’t developed. I would enjoy an option to purchase a way to put choices to purchase into the background until I need them rather then being always “enticed”; I would even pay a small fee for that option so play could continue uninterrupted.
I have literally been playing this game for 20 days shy of a full year. Love this game. But it’s gotten bad. The freezing, lag and random shut downs or the app fully closes is just stupid. I can’t even load into the app anymore after uninstalling/reinstalling(thinking that would fix the problem) now it loads as far as the main screen where it shows everything as soon as I try and load into a game or change islands it closes completely and I have to reopen the app. Just for it to do it again.
This has been my favorite game for almost three years but recently they were bought and the changes are constant. Currently I’m being required to watch the Royal Match ad video twice after every other game I play. Constantly the game has become harder with less reward. I’ve been content to wait for things to settle until the ad thing started. I’m not gonna waste my time constantly watching that same ad every five minutes. If this doesn’t fix soon I will quit.
I want to give this game 5 stars, it’s a fun game. But it glitches A LOT. i get a pink or purple screen sometimes or it kicks me out. It’s a fun game but it has so many problems. Sometimes i wonder if it’s even worth the trouble. 😔 Edit: Today I’m trying to use the app & it will not load. It keeps saying the app isn’t working. I’m uninstalling bc i can’t use it. It’s so disappointing because this is a good but so many technical issues. 😔
Love the game,but…I can’t deal with the freezing, and the random closing causing me to lose coins and rewards…or I just make it to poi and it closes making him move further away. Can we get some qualified people to fix it. It’s been months of fighting with this game cuz I love it…but if I get kicked out of one more club because the game won’t let me play I’m giving up
Used to love playing this game, chatting with teammates, doing the contests. Was a solid 5-star rating. NOT NOW!!! I can only do one thing then blue screen and freeze up. Close app start again. Sometimes lose all you did. Other times it does it when I just select what I’m going to do. I’ve force stopped, cleared chache, cleared data, uninstalled – reinstall. Nothing. Run on WiFi – phone data; excellent signal minimal signal, all the same. Serious problem here.
Every update introduces issues. At this point, when I start the game, I can do one thing, like collect daily bonus, and then it either goes to a blue or black screen, or the screen image starts jittering. Have to close and restart to do one more thing. Can’t even open the help screen. Support says to restart my device, and reinstall the game. Reinstalling the game closes your current issue, so you have to start over with support. They’re not much help, when the version of the game is the issue!
As usual the game froze. I had 3 wins on my streak bonus and 1 on my challenge. I used up a free game, didn’t get my winnings from clearing the board, lost my streak credit of 3 games, and my credit for a 2nd game on my challenge. I had to restart the app and lost all that. It is far more than your token 10,000 coins you hand out for this game crashing and freezing constantly.
This used to be so much better, now it freezes, pushes ads on every play or episode completion and if you want to watch ads for coins, it freezes 50% of the time making u miss the reward. If anything, it often produces a pop up saying “ads are busy, come back later.” If u manage to clear a level, its often after using thousands of coins to clear each one and if have a timed reward, several minutes of ads will eat that up, which is ridiculous!! Realistically a 30 min reward will last 20. 😮💨
Fun app. Lots of levels. Good graphics. Great teams feature. Good variety of challenges. Buy any gift to get rid of ads! Woo hoo, thank you – as of Nov 2022 app is completely stylus friendly! Menu of bonuses owned should be accessible from the store and other places! Please stop giving us ads as part of our chest winnings! And, just saying, as costly as this game is in coins to play, no award should be less than 1K ESPecially when it’s a team chest!!
I’m not sure how Triplets has modified their algorithms but I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now and I play for the enjoyment not to be stressed. I don’t mind there being challenging segments but when you’ve made it almost impossible to win at any level unless you have coins and boosters to spare it’s getting ridiculous. I’ve thought about leaving but I love my team so will stick it out for now. When value isn’t given you always loose… Money isn’t everything.
Was getting problems like everyone else lately. Just upgraded my Galaxy phone to the next model. All my apps came over including Tiki solitaire. Have to say it has been running normal now. No more jerky motion and Screen blackouts. Guess I’m one of the lucky ones. All I can say is uninstall the program and reinstall it to see if it helps. I would not suggest to get a better phone just to play the game.
Not the game it used to be! Been playing this game for years and it is more expensive, less winning and more bugs. I keep playing, more for the team interaction and competitions. Wish they would work out the bugs and give us a break on the expense!!
Want to give 5 stars just can’t. Love this game!! A few weeks ago started freezing and closing out of nowhere. Closing in the middle of a game causing me to lose coins and other perks. Today I’m about to delete it. Had 30 min free play every time I tried to play a game it would close so I’d log back in select the game again same thing. Free play was done by the time I was able to play a game then I win before it totaled the score it closed on me again. Logged in the win didn’t count. I’m done!
Since the newest update the game stalls and freezes. Turns off making you lose the game and coins for that round. Please fix it! I love this game over all BUT everytime you get a free drop it 99% of the time lands on the 500 shot which sucks. Also the extra games like mania or the ones where we gather to get rewards, the rewards don’t match the value we spend to get them. They need to be better so we feel like it was worth the money playing to get them.
The game crashes way too much.. wins are very hard to come by now. When the game does crash you don’t get your boosters back or your coins they always blame it on the internet: (now they have taken away almost all the refresh your tributes for free. We get the same old quest over and over again. 12/6/2022… The glitching and freezing of the game has gotten absolutely awful.. it’s never been this bad before and so many complaints
I love this app. It’s so much fun….. Until tonight, not sure what’s going on. I had to upgrade a couple games, now it freezes up, boots me out or just won’t let me play the game. I’m in the 150s for level and DO NOT want to lose my streak. Whenever an ad pops up, sometimes it takes up to 15 times to hit the X or arrows to get back in the game. What’s with moving POI when you get 1 level away? That seems unfair.
At first this game was really fun. As you progress the levels get harder, of course. Still super fun and challenging. But somewhere around level 100 it becomes impossible to win without buying boosts and even with boosts its nearly impossible. Sadly, this once excellent game has ceased being any fun at all. Just super frustrating. Plan to uninstall after you hit level 100 and save yourself the frustration.
Love, hate relationship with this game. Addictive for sure, has a few bugs with glitching that can be annoying, but overall my favorite game to play. The boosters are easy to get, coins are easy to get. Ads are annoying, but oh well. Find a good group, and follow the pages on Facebook for tips.

I have to go out of the game several times to restart it. This is very annoying. Please fix the issues with it, before I quit!!! I use to enjoy playing this game.
